Rhino Hill Studios offers web site design, development, and hosting services for small to medium sized businesses. Our goal is to offer web designs that reflect our clients' character, load quickly, and are easy to navigate.

SERVICES
  • Web Site Design - Professional, custom web sites at affordable rates. From single page sites to database driven multi-level sites.


  • Web Site Overhaul - Upgrade existing sites to easily navigated pages that look great.


  • Site Maintenance & Training - Monthly updates and site maintenance performed by Rhino Hill Studios, or training provided to enable our client to "do it yourself".


  • Marketing - Sites listed with major Internet search engines and other appropriate sites to ensure the widest possible audience on the web.


  • Consulting - For an hourly rate, we will meet with our client to discuss their concerns on an existing or a future site.


  • Domain name registration and site hosting through our hosting partner, Adgraphix.com.




PROCESSES
  • The initial phone consultation is free. We will work with our client to determine their needs and set up an appointment to discuss them.


  • The first meeting will be a review of the services to be performed by Rhino Hill Studios. A price will be set, and a contract will be offered.


  • While building a site, our work will be available for viewing as web pages at a password-protected web site. Our clients can easily review a working prototype and give feedback.


  • A daily backup of the work performed on the site will be made during the development stage, and we will keep a copy of the final product at our studio.


  • When an account is completed, the files and artwork used to develop it are delivered to the client, who can have it hosted by Rhino Hill Studios, or wherever they choose.


  • At our final meeting, we will discuss the hosting options and what ongoing maintenance the site may need.




PRICES

The cost of a site depends on the business needs of our client, and the type of web site they want. The initial consultation is free. Each web site is priced on it's own unique qualities. Once the base cost is agreed upon, the only remaining charges will be for change orders and, optionally, the annual domain name registration fee, site hosting, and fees for any maintenance that our client chooses to have done.
