Frequently Asked Questions
How long will your beef store in my freezer?
On average, beef will store well over 6 months and possibly up to one year if properly handled.
Do I have to call ahead?
Lyn-Dell Farm is a working farm, therefore we prefer that arrangements for pick-up be made ahead of time.
How is our beef sold?
Our Natural beef is offered to you in three different variations:
- Half a Beef - An entire half of beef, approximately 200 pounds of packaged beef in varying cuts @ $6.25/lb.

Quarter of Beef - An entire quarter (combined front and back cuts), approximately 110 pounds of packaged beef in
varying cuts @ $6.75/lb.

Family Packs - approximately 50 pounds of beef consisting of, but not limited to:
26 lbs of Hamburger
12 lbs of Steak
12 lbs of Roasts
4 lbs of Stew Beef
@ an avg. of $7.50/lb.
* Hamburger is 80-85% lean.
